Individual and couples therapy for adults

Individual and couples therapy for adults at our private-pay Denver practice. What follows describes the kinds of work we offer; backgrounds, availability, and location are on each clinician's profile. Session rates are shared during your consultation. For psychological assessment, see Assessment.

Individual therapy

Our clinicians

A confidential space to work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity questions, and longstanding emotional patterns. Sessions are exploratory and relational, with time to understand what drives your feelings and reactions, not only what surfaces day to day.

In-person and telehealth availability depends on the clinician. See Catherine's profile or Shea's profile for location and state licensure.

Couples therapy

Our clinicians

Relational work for partners at any stage, including premarital counseling, when communication breaks down, attachment injuries repeat, or you need clarity about repair versus separation. The focus is on the dynamics between you, not just individual symptoms in isolation.

Therapy for professionals

Our clinicians

Support for executives, medical and health professionals, and others under sustained pressure: burnout, chronic work stress, perfectionism, imposter feelings, and difficulty switching off. The aim is a clearer, more sustainable relationship with your work and with yourself outside of it.
